About Garden of Eggi

Garden of Eggi was born from a chance meeting in the hills above Spoleto, the discovery of the property at a time when none were looking for it and the opportunity to restore a grand structure to it's former glory, unfolded before us.

As an extended family group, we are passionate about the treasures of Umbria, a lifestyle the west has forgotten and a very special connection with the surrounding countryside.

Several of us now live in Umbria and wish to share our love of the area, the art, the festivals and superb food.
