The Villa will open for rental in July

Bookings are being taken now
The Villa at Eggi is available for rental between March –
November and outside that period by prior arrangement.
Normally the weekly rentals will run from Sunday to Sunday.
Special Festival Weekends will be arranged from time to time
The Tariff
The villa sleeps 20 people comfortably with plenty of room
for extra beds if needed.
The options for
renting the villa are:
Self catering
Low Season £4,500 per week (October
- May)
High Season £5,500 per week (June - September)
Special rates apply
to Summer 2008 for those booking early.
This covers:
The accommodation
Linen
The use of the swimming pool which will be serviced
on your behalf
Ample parking for 6 – 10 cars inside the gates
A starter kit on arrival with supplies for breakfast
for up to 20 people, local information etc.
The house has telephone, fax, broadband
internet and Satellite TV
* The cost of cleaning is an additional charge, which will
be notified at the time of booking, and should be paid in
cash in euros on arrival.

Meals cooked in the Garden of Eggi Villa
Restaurant selection and bookings
Tour guides for visits to Assisi, Spoleto etc
Sound, Lighting and technical equipment for presentations
Maps and walking directions
* All additional charges will be clarified at the time of
booking and should be paid in euros cash on arrival.
How to book
Before completing the Booking
Form please read the following notes:
Having checked availability of the property please use the
booking form to make a booking.
On receipt of the deposit, your booking will be confirmed
firstly by email, within 3 working days followed by full confirmation
by post.
You may also, if you prefer, telephone us or email us for
specific detail or to check the availability of the property.
We will provisionally hold the property subject to full confirmation
on receipt of the Deposit and the Booking Form.
It is important you read and understand the Terms and Conditions
of booking and in sending the completed booking form it is
implied that you agree to and will abide by the Terms &
Conditions.
PAYMENT - payment may be made either by cheque in Sterling
or by Bank Transfer.
If you are booking more than 6 weeks in advance of your holiday
you only need to pay a deposit, being one third of the total
rental
Any other items or services you may require during your holiday
should be indicated in the 'Additional Items' section below.
Additional items do not require payment in advance and will
be invoiced separately. We will itemise these requests on
your Booking Confirmation.
If you are booking less than 6 weeks before your holiday
commencement then you need to pay the FULL rental. If you
